Burgundy

Producing some of the finest Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines, Burgundy is arguably the finest example of vinicultural excellence in the world.

We can tour and taste at wineries throughout the region, including Chablis, the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, the Mâconnais, and the Chalonnais. The wines are exceptional. Think Domaine de la Commaraine and their Premier Cru Roncière from Nuits-Saint-Georges, the delicious Clos Vougeot Grand Cru from Château de la Tour, and perhaps an old-vines Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru from Domaine Prieuré Roch in the Côte de Nuits.

Bordeaux

To many, this is the finest wine-producing region on the planet, where you will visit some of the world’s leading old-world wineries. Our private wine tasting tour is centred on the two primary wine-producing areas within the region: the Left Bank and the Right Bank. On the Left Bank, we can visit Château Haut-Brion, one of only five Premier Grand Cru Classé wineries; the Grand Cru Château Smith Haut Lafitte; and the Grand Cru Classé Cos d’Estournel in St-Estèphe. On the Right Bank, there is no finer winery than Château Cheval Blanc - steeped in centuries-old history and a producer of outstanding wines.

Champagne

With 370 registered Champagne houses from the 319 villages (crus) that sit within the Champagne region, you begin to appreciate just how much of this wonderful liquid is produced - and, equally, how little is exported over the border. We have exceptional relationships and access, and can arrange wonderful private touring across the region. Highlights include Louis Roederer in Reims, Bruno Paillard with his wonderful collection of champagnes - including Grand Crus and a vintage collection - the unique and delicious Blanc de Blancs from Salon, and not forgetting Laurent-Perrier. We also visit the Rothschild Champagne project at their vineyard in Vertus, near Mesnil.
