Sicily is a fabulous southern Mediterranean island steeped in history, culture, and a wonderful lifestyle. The main events on this beautiful island are undoubtedly the Planeta stable of wineries.

The Planeta family’s pedigree has been centuries in the making. They acquired their first estate at Ulmo in 1694, and seventeen generations later, their voyage in Sicily has continued from Menfi to Vittoria, from Noto to Etna, and Capo Milazzo. Their understanding of the terroir is so impressive that Planeta produces, amongst others, Grillo, Fiano, Chardonnay, Riesling, Nero d’Avola, Merlot, and Syrah.

It’s not just about the wine, we immerse you in the rich culture and visit the wonderful and captivating cities of Palermo and Taormina, steeped in history. 

Equally the islands natural larder is superb, and we enjoy delicious food from Etna, to Menfi and the street food in Palermo. Travelling in luxury VIP transport, enjoying this wonderful island, staying in  superb accommodation, this is a wonderful fully hosted private touring experience.

Tuscany

Touring over three, five or seven days.

Few wine regions have the allure of breath-taking countryside, historic hilltop towns, and wines of such exceptional quality as Tuscany offers. We are delighted to be able to offer a private wine tour in Tuscany showcasing iconic producers of world-class wines. 

Two of Europe’s most powerful dynasties, Antinori and Frescobaldi, both over 600 years old and still under family ownership have forged and created some of the world’s greatest wines and we visit and taste their super Tuscans on the Mediterranean coast. We love Montalcino and their wineries are of equal status dating back to the mid-1800s, Tuscany really is a platinum level wine experience. 

You will also enjoy delicious Italian cuisine, they care as much about what you eat as to what you drink. Sumptuous accommodation either in exclusive use Castello or villa or in beautiful hotels in Florence or Sienna. We travel in chauffeured luxury VIP transport.
