Asia

Asia is a truly captivating destination, and this vast continent never ceases to inspire us - from the majestic Himalayas and pristine beaches of Southeast Asia to vibrant cities like Tokyo and Shanghai in the east, and Bangkok, Singapore, and the Arabian Peninsula in the west. Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or spiritual enrichment, Asia delivers on many fronts, with warm hospitality and delicious food, including some of the world’s finest restaurants.

With so many different cities to consider when touring in Asia, the flexibility that private travel affords means we can create spectacular itineraries. One previous tour included Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, and Delhi, followed by a flight south to Malé to enjoy five days on a private island. There is also the option to charter a private yacht in the Maldives - a perfect way to unwind after all that cultural and culinary indulgence.

Tour Options

  • Japan’s capital is one of the most populated cities in the world, and what a destination it is to immerse yourself in Japan’s history and unique culture. The modern architecture, temples and shrines, stunning landmarks, and deep-rooted traditions all make Tokyo a truly remarkable city to explore.

We always encourage clients to discover the full experience of sushi - it’s so much more than what we typically encounter in the West. The nightlife is also superb, with live music, nightclubs, izakaya (Japan’s gastropubs) not to be missed, and beautiful hotels offering pristine surroundings and world-leading service.

  • Hong Kong is a buzzing city with so much to see and do, and like London and New York, it never sleeps; it’s vibrant 24/7. There are over seventy Michelin-starred restaurants in the city offering everything from Japanese, Korean, sushi, French, to Italian cuisine.

We love the calibre of hotels in the city, and if we’re travelling privately, the luxury of the Peninsula Hotel, with its rooftop helideck, is ideal for the morning transfer to the jet.

  • Another city that never sleeps, where the narrow streets seem just as busy at 4 a.m. as they are midweek at lunchtime. There is so much to take in here: the stunning Grand Palace, a nighttime visit to Chinatown, a Chao Phraya River cruise to see Bangkok from a unique perspective, and, of course, dining at the fantastic Jay Fai - a legendary street food vendor who also holds a Michelin star. The crab omelette is stunning! Hotels are plentiful, and we always recommend the Siam and the Mandarin Oriental, both offering wonderful views over the river.

  • One of our favourite cities, situated just north of the equator, enjoys a constant temperature year-round of about 27°C with a high degree of humidity. For visitors, this is one of the safest cities in the world, with fantastic hotels and so much to see and do. The food scene is a true reflection of its multicultural heritage, with many Michelin-starred restaurants and fantastic local eateries to choose from. We could easily stay here for a week!

There are many excellent hotels in the city. We really like The Fullerton, overlooking Marina Bay, and the quintessential Raffles Hotel, where you can still enjoy a traditional Singapore Sling in the hotel's Long Bar.

  • Emerging onto the tourist scene in the 1980s, Dubai has, over the past twenty years, catapulted itself into one of the go-to sunshine destinations. It’s not for everyone though - super high-rise, very busy, very hot from April through September, and not the easiest city to navigate. However, for luxury accommodations, fantastic dining and bars, golf, and unbelievable retail therapy, there isn’t a major brand that doesn’t have a presence here. It’s a blast! The hotels and levels of service are exceptional. Our clients’ two favourites are the Armani Hotel, situated in downtown Dubai in the world’s tallest tower, offering sweeping views across the city and the Arabian Gulf, with beautifully appointed rooms and a great pool deck. Palazzo Versace sits waterfront on Dubai Creek and is just a few minutes from downtown and the Dubai Mall. Its suites are more traditional, but very spacious and comfortable. Both hotels offer absolute luxury with bars, dining, and wonderful spa facilities.

  • The Maldives are situated in the Indian Ocean about 370 miles south of the Indian mainland. This island country consists of 1,000 small inhabited coral islands grouped in atolls or clusters. The islands stretch over 500 miles from north to south and about 80 miles from east to west, enjoying an annual temperature between 24°C and 30°C.

This is a wonderful addition to a private tour in Asia, where the jet can drop us into Malé or directly onto an island. There are many exclusive destinations to choose from, and the best resorts and private islands offer superb standards of luxury. We have an exclusive arrangement with three islands offering private jet access or transfers from Malé.

We also have several charter yachts between 31 and 64 meters available for exclusive use throughout the main season. These yachts accommodate from four to twelve people and are fully staffed, superbly catered, with everything taken care of on your behalf. Many also include a full suite of water toys, including jet skis, hoverboards, and tenders for transit to shore.
